OUR COMMITMENTS
Our production system is a direct response to the problem of overproduction that “fast fashion” brands face.
We produce at a reasonable pace, offering small series of exclusive pieces.
Our creative process develops around a theme, then we design each model in accordance with the specificities of our materials. These textiles are our creative base. By combining different colors and lengths of fabrics acquired.
First of all, we choose natural materials rather than synthetic ones.
Then we use exclusively existing fabrics. • we recover unused fabrics from the stocks of high fashion houses • we go directly to some French fabric factories in order to select in their dead stocks put aside because not validated by customers or likely to have some defects that we bypass when cutting our models • And finally we hunt for sublime vintage fabrics, in flea markets, thrift store or online in order to offer you original pieces. We also recycle également les scrap materials as soon as they are manufactured in order to revalorize them.
FRENCH MANUFACTURING
Our pieces are made in small series in a parisien workshop or directly in our own workshop.
This allows us:
• To respect social working standards
• To promote short industial supply chains
• To develop the French textile industry
PACKAGING & LOGISTIC
• Each of our pieces are delicately wrapped in reusable pouches . They are made from fabric scraps.
• Our packaging boxes are made in France and are recyclable.
• When necessary, we use a responsible courier company for deliveries.
• Adalma cards are made of seeded paper to give them a second life. Plant them: they will bloom and capture CO2 in their turn.
EVERYDAY GESTURES
• We try to reduce and compensate the carbon footprint of our professional travels by favoring the bicycle to go to work or public transportation and carpooling.
• At the office, our furniture is second-hand and we hope to soon have it for our future point of sale !
• We remember to turn off our computer, the photocopier, the coffee machine, the lights and to unplug the phone or computer chargers after a day of work.
• We use reusable water bottles so we don't buy plastic bottles anymore.
• Our coffee machine has an infinitely reusable capsule to reduce our waste.
• We reduce our paper printing as much as possible and we use recycled paper. Of course we sort all our waste as best we can.
• We use an internet browser in favor of alternatives. Moreover we try to control our data as much as possible. We prefer the use of USB keys or WeTransfer which keep the data only a few days before deleting them. And we regularly clean up our emails.
