DELIVERY :

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This delay can be extended during the period of new collection or confinement.

Metropolitan France: Colissimo (2-3 days) 8€.
Delivery in Metropolitan France is offered from 200€ with Colissimo.
Belgium - Germany - Luxembourg : Colissimo international (4-5 days), 12€.
Rest of Europe: Colissimo international (4-5 days), 14€.
United Kingdom: Colissimo (5-6 days), 20€.
French overseas departments and territories: Colissimo (5-6 days), €30
Rest of the world: Colissimo international (5-6 days), 30€.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE :

We exchange Adalma items within 15 days of receipt.
To make your exchange request, you just have to mention the item you want to exchange when you ask for a return. We will accept it upon receipt of your return, depending on availability. If the new order is for a higher amount, the customer will have to join to the exchange request the payment of the remaining amount by check. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, the customer will receive a refund of the difference directly on his credit card.

To exchange an article, you just have to follow the following instructions: 

- Send an email to contact@adalma-paris.com so that our team can validate the return. 
- Use the original packaging to return the product. 
- Send or drop off your package at the following address TEXTILE ALTERNATIVE, ADALMA , 79 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis 75010 Paris, and send the tracking number by email in case of sending.

- Upon receipt of your return, we will send you your new piece.

PRODUCT RETURNS :

You have 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you (on the date of receipt). In the case of a return, the shipping costs are at your charge. However, we will reimburse the costs if the product has a defect. In this case, contact our customer service.

To return an item, simply follow these instructions: 

- Send an e-mail to contact@adalma-paris.com so that our team can validate the return. 
- Use the original packaging to return the product. 
- Send or drop off your package to the following address TEXTILE ALTERNATIVE, ADALMA , 79 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis 75010 Paris, and send the tracking number by email in case of sending.

- Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the amount due.

The refund is made within 15 days from the date the return was received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
